We are a state-certified training company in nine professions. Motivational joint apprentice excursions, team and communication training and English courses punctuate the daily work routine. Plus, our apprentices get to know our different departments on a rotating basis, ultimately spending time in every different area of the company.

Opticians test their customers’ vision, collect biometric data and order or assemble the glasses their customers need.

The Silhouette Group is a high-tech company with a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure. Our IT technicians keep our systems running smoothly. They install and configure work stations, keep them up to date and resolve any technical errors.

Machines involve both mechanical and electronic components. Automation technicians are trained to install and operate both the mechanical and electrical systems. They wire the electrical parts, weld together mechanical parts and keep machines running smoothly.

Sophisticated tasks require sophisticated tools. Tools builders make tools and create systems for installing them into assembly lines.

Design engineers plan projects in toolmaking or mechanical engineering and implement them in terms of design and drawings. To do this, they use computer-controlled systems. With this data, they program the mostly automated production machines (CNC machines), set them up and monitor them.

Process technicians are responsible for keeping machines and production plants running properly. They assemble machines and production systems, determine the ideal production sequence on the assembly line and manage all the planning related to the use of tools, machines and systems.
